Despite a minor issue with the TV and geyser, the staff promptly resolved the problem. we highly recommend Pine Tree for its value for money and it will be our first choice for future visits to the area.

The hotel had a convenient location that allowed us to enjoy the nearby attractions. we appreciated the modern decor and the size of our room was perfect for our romantic escape. Last but not least, we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi which allowed us to stay connected.

We were disappointed that there was no on-site restaurant, and had to go out to eat during our stay. although the room was generally clean, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The complimentary breakfast and the hot chocolate were good. the hotel was located near a shopping mall and a market, making it easy to get souvenirs and gifts for family and friends. the room was quite spacious so we could move around comfortably and pack our bags without feeling cramped.
